Cat said: "I
would like to tell everyone that this was my first build and with the
exception of the paint and bodywork, the rest I did myself... not in
a bragging sense, but so they might be encouraged to build one for
themselves!! ... I couldn't keep from smiling the whole time I rode
it for the first time ... knowing it was a machine I built!"
We say: You
have a right to brag! GREAT JOB!

Cat made his Fat
B 250 a one-of-a-kind stand out by adding lots of custom touches.
CM says he destroyed
the new seat to build his
custom one. He
cut the pan and stretched it about 1-1/2" and then trimmed it down to
match the frame rails. The frame and swingarm welds were all smoothed
and molded. The rear fender and struts were molded together instead
of bolted. The trees were were changed to 5 degree with 2" over fork
tubes. He changed out the handlebars for the Choppers Inc. Whiskey
Bars and .44 mag risers, and changed out the controls for the BDL Dalton
design
controls with "no switches on bars". He changed the oil tank
to a "modified" round center-fill chopper tank. He also changed
the front fender, grips, headlight, kickstand & brake rotors from stock.
The base color of the paint job is Dupont Hot Hues Extreme Green, and
the graphics are House of Color Shimrin Neons, applied by Dan of Riders Customs
& Classics in Oklahoma.
