Not only will this one piece tank extend the frequency of your fuel stops, but it also provides the classic Fat Bob look with the dependability of rubber mounting. Designed to be used with your choice of one or two bayonette style vented gas caps and your existing fuel valve or any aftermarket 13/16" fuel valve. The fuel valve mounts at the left rear on the 1982/1994 tanks as shown above and mounts at the left mid-section on the 1995/Later tank. 4.2 gallon capacity. Made in the U.S.A.

Simple three step process: clean, prep and seal. All in one box.
Heavy duty cleaner has a combination of alkaline cleaner and solvent degreaser, without excessive caustic chemicals. Also reducing flammability.
Prep is a petroleum solvent and a drying agent to remove any water from the tank, thus ensuring a good bond between tank and liner.
