Team Ness "Big Sucker" Air Filter Kits for Sportster Models

Kits now available with chrome backing plates.
• All-in-one backing plate features a built-in carb support, built-in
breather tunnels at each head to decrease crankcase pressure.
• Each tunnel exits at the mouth of the carburetor to create a virtually closed
loop system.
• Breather features O-ring banjo bolt seals and a radiused intake
manifold, no oil hoses, no oil fittings, no leaking.
• Stage I kit features a Ness-Tech™ high-flow filter that accepts
all 93-05 oval or round O.E.M. outer cover.
• Stage II kit features a 20% larger Team Ness high-flow filter
that requires an 8” round custom or O.E.M. outer cover.

Are the perfect way to balance the performance budget. Kits include a set of S&S performance mufflers and a high flow S&S air cleaner that will fit on either a stock carburetor or a stock 2001-up Delphi® style fuel injected throttle body. A jet kit is included to dial in the stock carb for maximum power gains and improved drive-ability when installed on carbureted bikes. Testing has shown that fuel map adjustments are normally needed when installed on fuel injected models; it is recommended that the bike be calibrated by your local dealer to insure that the engine is receiving sufficient fuel.
