5 POINT HALOGEN HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLIES - Joker Machine

All CNC-machined billet construction from solid bar, not spun aluminum.
Available in single or dual light housing configurations – both have fully adjustable swivel mounting brackets on bases that have two tapped 3/8”-16 dual inward or outward position mounting holes (the standard triple tree bolt size found on most H-D models).
Five super-bright 10W MR-11 halogen bulbs, with the capability of independently wiring each bulb separately.
Wiring harness consists of a unique expandable monofilament material outer cover.
Fast bulb access – remove one screw at the back of the light housing and remove the front bezel and lights in one unitized assembly.
Single headlight assemblies measure 4 7/16” x 4 11/16” x 6 1/16”; dual headlight assemblies measure 9 1/16” x 4 11/16” x 6 1/16”; headlight diameter is 4 1/2”.

XSIGHTING LIGHTING - 7" High Intensity Discharge Headlight for Custom Use

• High intensity discharge (HID) headlights are the brightest available for motorcycle use and are now used as standard equipment on high end automobiles.
• Motorcycle headlights have always been marginal at best, until now. The old incandescent filament type headlight bulb produces a yellow beam that registers 2600 on the Kelvin scale. The much improved halogen bulb produced a whiter beam that registers 3200 on the Kelvin scale (sunlight registers 5250K).
• The inert gas filled (xenon) bulb does not rely on the conventional filament type bulb that is prone to breakage due to vibration. The HID incorporates two non-connected electrodes and an elevated voltage to produce the high intensity light.
• Life expectancy of the bulb is 3,000 hours or approximately 172,000 miles.
• The HID only draws 35 watts of power (OE bulbs draw 55 watts on low beam and 60 watts on high beam).
• The high and low beam function is accomplished by a solenoid operated shutter so that only one beam of light is required for both functions.
• The 3" O.D. projector type lens is shatterproof for safety and passes D.O.T. requirements.
• FLH models will require trimming the inner and outer headlight mounts for clearance of the 4" square x 4 1/2" deep solenoid and actuator housing.
