If you're building a ground up custom or updating your existing fork assembly, this is the front end you've been looking for. With fat tube covers and totally smooth trees, custom is what this assembly is all about. Using a collett type locking system to clamp the fork tubes in the trees, no fasteners are visible, enhancing the smooth look. The axle caps on the lower legs are bullet shaped and cover the ends of the axle to hide them from sight. Fender tabs are removable if you choose to run without a fender for a chopper look. The caliper mounting brackets are removable for your choice of single or dual disc. With this high quality assembly, you'll have that high dollar inverted fork look without the high dollar inverted fork price.

CHROME PLATED 41MM COMPLETE FRONT FORK KITS FOR BIG TWIN - Hardbody

Lower legs are machined from billet aluminum and feature screw on dust covers, flush mount axle with hidden hardware and removable brake and fender mounts
The 41mm fork tubes measure 24 1/4" long, are hard chrome plated and are the stock length for the models listed
Front end measures 31" from the top stem bearing to the centerline of the axle
Custom axle spacers are required, use 57333 axle spacer that is 6" long and cut to length
The dual removable brake mounts are designed for 1984/1999 OE or similar brake calipers and 11 1/2" brake discs

Fork kits are shipped without fork oil. Add 11.2 ounces of fork oil per leg of the weight of your choice. (See our all-in-one oil here.)

This fork cup has a built in fork stop that cleans up frame neck area for that sanitary custom look. To prevent the cup from twisting in the frame a 3/16" I.D. hole is provided in the fork cup so the frame neck can be drilled by the technician. A 3/16" O.D. staking pin is also included. This chrome plated steel cup is designed to be used with Big Twin frames with removable fork cups. Fits with OEM style FXR or Dyna style lower fork bracket. Also fits custom lower fork brackets with upright fork stop nubs. Must be purchased with Front Fork Kit or other MU# product, not for purchase alone. TON PELS SIGNATURE FAT BUBBA FRONT FORKS - Massive Big Bubba front ends in 5 over stock sizes

These "Made in Europe" Billet Aluminum Front Forks are something else. They feature massive Triple Tree clamps, large diameter bottom sliders and covers, fully covered fork tubes, and Hidden Axle mount. This Billet aluminum front fork is un-compromised in price and quality. No matter if you are going to use the Fat Bubba forks as stock replacement, or for your Custom Project, it will provide the Fat look that today's Custom builders like.

Triple tree, slider covers and sliders are machined from billet aluminum and have a mirror like highly polished finish. The upper triple tree clamp is 1 1/8” (29 mm) thick, the lower triple tree clamp measures 1 5/16” (34 mm). The fork slider covers and the bottom legs have a very impressive diameter of 2 3/8” (60mm). The lower fork sliders feature fender brackets, as well as dual caliper mounting brackets that take 1984 thru 1999 style OEM or aftermarket single or dual disc brakes. The front wheel axle has a hidden mount for extra sleek looks.

Available in +3, +4”, +6, + 8 and +12” over stock FL length. These Fat Bubba forks come complete with 3 different fork stops to work with almost any stock or aftermarket frame. A can of fork oil is included with each set.

Stock length, nicely chrome plated "Tear Drop" front end.  Assembly includes patented clamp lock to secure the triple tree without visible hardware, hidden fork stop, removable brake caliper mounts, height adjustable fender mounts, hidden axle and all necessary hardware including headlight mount.
