Curved Dagger Softail Style Frame with Hidden Axle for 300 & 330 Width Rear Tires - Kraft Tech

Frames are made from mandrel bent DOM steel tubing, 2" for the single down tube, 1-3/4" for the backbone and 1-1/2" for the rest. They are designed to accept 300 or 330 width rear tires and any 5 or 6 speed Right Side Drive Softail-Style transmission together with an 1-1/2" rear belt or chain drive.  Engineered with a super strong upper frame design with integral neck webbing that offers unparalleled strength with pleasing aesthetics.  The single down tube merges with the lower frame rails in such a way as to continue the frames smooth lines, often overlooked on other frames.  These beauties are delivered complete with a component kit.  Integral one piece transmission mounting plate is part of the frame structure, assuring unit construction strength and the best possible alignment. Frames are set up with the offset already built in which requires only simple spacing between the engine and inner primary cover as well as additional spacing of engine sprocket or pulley.  Will accept Kraft/Tech oil tanks and our large selection of one piece round top fenders. Right side drive permits the use of a 250 series rear tire and 1 1/2 inch wide drive belt without offsetting the engine. This method is by far the best way to install a 250 series tire. It keeps the mass centralized producing a better handling motorcycle.
Single down tube (from the steering neck to the front engine mount) adds an unmistakable custom look.
1 inch O.D. rear axle designed to withstand maximum torque from a large displacement engine.
Fat look 1 3/8 inch O.D. engine cradle and rear fork tubing made from high strength Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) steel with .120 inch wall thickness.

Raw Steel, Includes Pop-Up Cap. 5.5. gallon one-piece Tanks provide a smooth flowing look that complements the frame geometry. Made from 16-gauge steel these tanks have a 28" overall length and are 15" wide at the front. Front of the tank is tapped 1/8-27 NPT for a crossover line and has a left side bung for a 22mm (13/16") fuel valve. Tail section is false at seat area for custom seat fitment.
