CAMS AND CAM KITS FOR TWIN CAM 88
Known the world over for their dependable performance products, Andrews
has upgraded their Rear Cam and Rear Cam Drive Sprocket to include the
new involute spline that has proven to solve the weak link in the Twin
Cam 88" valve train. Available in your choice of complete Cam kits
or just the front and rear Cam with bearings only. The Cams kits include
an upgraded style roller bearing for the rear Cam with a new ball bearing
for the front Cam and a high performance drive sprocket made from a heat
treated alloy steel. This drive sprocket has a built-in splined spacer
that increases the width by approximately 1/4". Three shims are included
to set the proper end play. To further enhance the dependability factor,
a Grade 8 sprocket bolt with a hardened washer is also included. The base
circle of these Cams have the same dimensions as the OEM Cams and can
be used with the OEM non-adjustable pushrod, but to ease installation
and eliminate the need to remove the fuel tank and rocker covers, we suggest
that you use our adjustable pushrods. Complete kits fit Twin Cam 88 1999/Later.

BILLET ALUMINUM TAPPET BLOCK KIT FOR BIG TWIN EVOLUTION
A real improvement over the stock tappet and tappet block, this Chrome
Plated Billet Aluminum Tappet block Kit from JIMS is CNC machined from
billet 7075-T651 aluminum and has a tensile strength three times stronger
than cast aluminum blocks. These tappet blocks are machined to the center
line of the camshaft and hold a plus/minus of .002". In addition,
the bores are held perpendicular to the mounting flange to .0002".
These tappet blocks will accommodate a gross valve lift of .625"
at the valves, which allows a clearance of .035 roller to block free
play. The blocks will accommodate most small base circle cams having
a lift of .655" or more with simple modification. Included in this
kit are front and rear tappet blocks, four JIMS "Big Axle"
PowerGlide Tappets, James Tappet Block Gaskets and Chrome Tappet Block
Screws. Use Tappet Block alignment tool 60735 for a professional job.

HIGH STRENGTH CAM SPROCKET FOR TWIN CAM 88
'It's better to be safe than sorry' is a common statement in the world
of motorcycling, and is gospel when it comes to any performance work.
After serious design flaws were found in the early keyed type rear cam
drive, Harley-Davidson went to the updated spline design but failed
to improve the material used in the gear. Andrews Products has designed
their high strength heat treated alloy steel Cam Drive Kit to increase
the gear to shaft strength. The OE style spacer has been eliminated
and the involute spline width of the gear has been increased by approximately
1/4". The kit includes a Grade 8 mounting bolt with a hardened
steel washer. Three spacer shims are also included to duplicate the
OEM length. This kit is a must with any cam change. See section 10 for
special tools needed to perform this gear change. Fits Twin Cam 88"
models 2000/Later. Also fits any splined style Screaming Eagle or aftermarket
cam for Twin Cam 88 1999/Later.(Rpls HD 25716-99 & 25446-99.) Made
