RUSSELL BRAKE DISCS FOR BIG TWIN & SPORTSTER

Available in your choice of Satin Finish, Pro Polish or Floating type.
Satin finish discs have a machined surface and are a good economical choice for OE replacement.
Pro Polish discs feature an exclusive EFS® (extremely flat surface) finishing process that produces a mirror finish that has a near perfect flatness providing zero disc runout.
Floating discs have a machined satin disc surface with a chrome plated mounting center. The two pieces are separated by spring loaded retention spacers that provide a rattle free self alignment function. The floating effect helps to eliminate disc warpage by not transferring heat to the center.
All discs are made from 420 stainless steel (SVS420JZ) that provides superior durability with excellent resistance to oxidation.
The discs longevity is achieved by a high frequency induction hardening process prior to the final surface finishing process.
Precision placement of holes provide improved heat dissipation, water dispersion and reduced unsprung weight.
Compatible with all types of brake pads including the OE type sintered metal, Kevlar® or organic.
Can be used with the OE mounting hardware or our chrome plated hardware kits.
All discs are sold each.

M58325A Disc Brake Spacer (OEM 41814-76) - Made from stamped steel, these brake disc spacer measures .040" thick each and is used behind the disc when spacing is required. The center hole measures 2.125" I.D. and the five mounting holes measures .375" I.D. Fits big Twin late 1976/1994 and Sportster 1973/1978. Consult the OE parts manual for exact model fitment. These spacers can also be used to space flat brake discs when used in place of a dished brake disc. Sold in packages of 2. Part#:M58325A ... $3.85 (Please note $35 order minimum.)

Spruce up your spoke, non-spoke or custom wheels with these custom 3 Spoke Directional Brake Discs. Machined from 420 stainless steel plate, these brake discs are heat treated for strength, wear resistance and hardness. Precision ground for trueness, these discs are drilled to reduce weight and provide cooling while reducing brake fade under extreme conditions. These discs have a unique style, increased friction coeffeciency and excellent wear characteristics.
